Monitoring - Boost search, filters and collection pages are working on storefronts again.
If Boost isn't showing on your store yet, here's how to switch it back on:
Check your collection and search pages. If Boost is showing, there's nothing more to do.
Make sure the Boost app embed is on: go to Online Store > Themes > Edit Theme > App embeds, turn on "Boost AI Search & Filter" and save.
If you switched to your theme's default product grid, open each collection template in the theme editor, show the Boost section again, hide the theme's own product grid, and save. Do the same for your search template.
If you turned on your theme's own search suggestions or hid Boost recommendation blocks, switch those back too.
If you duplicated your theme before making changes, you can publish that copy instead. It won't include any theme changes made since you duplicated it.
Please don't uninstall and reinstall the app. Contact our support team if anything doesn't look right.

Update - Shopify has re-enabled the Boost theme app extension, and Boost search, filters and collection pages are loading on storefronts again. We're confirming everything is working correctly across stores and will post another update shortly.

Identified - We have identified and fixed the underlying cause of the issue. We’re now working with Shopify to restore the Boost Commerce app on storefronts.
Until access is restored, some Boost features may not display as expected on your store. We’ll provide a further update as soon as we have more information.
